PLAYER ACCOUNT DEPOSITS

General

In order to make a deposit, you must create a Real Money account where you can select your currency of choice. Once you've logged on to this account, proceed to the Cashier section where you can make your transactions.

The various methods of depositing money into your 'Majestic Comet' account are summarized in 'Payment Options'.

We do not guarantee that there will not be any delay in the processing or receipt of Deposits, as the transfer of funds is not controlled by 'Majestic Comet'.

There are no set-up charges and no monthly fees for maintaining a Player's Account.

You acknowledge and agree that your Player Account is not a bank account and is therefore not sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system or by any other similar insurance system of any other jurisdiction, including but not limited to your local jurisdiction. Furthermore, the Player's Account does not bear interest on any of the funds held in it.

Making Deposits and crediting to your Player Account:

Once your Player Account has been opened, you will be able to credit funds to your Player Account by requesting an electronic transfer of funds using any of the means set out in the Cashier section of the Online Casino. Otherwise, you may make Deposits solely by any of the following payment methods:

  1. By a credit card that must be in good standing and registered in your name, and which is acceptable to us at our sole discretion;
  2. By a debit card that must be in good standing and registered in your name, and which is acceptable to us at our sole discretion;
  3. By a payment pre-authorized by us;
  4. Through a Payment Provider acceptable to us;
  5. By providing us with a valid cheque, money order or wire transfer; or
  6. By such other method deemed acceptable to us from time to time, at our sole discretion.

You agree to fully pay any and all payments and charges due to us or to Payment Providers in connection with your use of the Online Casino. You further agree not to make any charge-backs or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your Deposits, and in any such event you will refund and compensate us for such unpaid Deposits including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your Deposit.

Each request made by you to fund your Player Account shall constitute a valid authorization for us or for the Payment Provider, as applicable, to transfer the amount specified in your request, by us or from or by the Payment Provider chosen by you, as applicable, to your Player Account.

We will be entitled to determine minimum and maximum amounts to be deposited into a Player's Account, in our discretion.

We will be entitled to determine whether the funds that you have requested to be credited to your Player Account are available, upon receiving confirmation satisfactory to us from the relevant Payment Provider in accordance with such Payment Provider's approval procedures for such transactions to be reconciled, final, complete and cleared. Only when your Deposits are reconciled and cleared to our satisfaction by the relevant Payment Provider, will the Player's Account be credited with the funds, unless stated differently.

You acknowledge that you may, from time to time, upon our request, be required to provide additional details in respect of the Deposits made by you.

Any Deposit is non-reversible and non-refundable unless wagered according to our Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT CREDIT CARDS

Although 'Majestic Comet' accepts Visa and Mastercard, some banks prohibit their cardholders from making transactions with online casinos. Moreover, the credit card companies themselves place restrictions on the amount of money you can deposit into and withdraw from the Casino. For this reason, we recommend that you open an alternative payment method for your transactions,and we will reward you for doing so.

Furthermore, due to new restrictions imposed upon the Casino by Visa International from the 1st January 2004 we can no longer process any portion of any withdrawal from a Visa Credit Card including the players' original deposits made by any Visa Credit Card. Deposits through Bank Draft, Bank Draft Express and any of the other options are available, as long as you have registered the deposit method at the Casino. What methods can I use to deposit funds?

CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS
